  1. Does your organisation sell heat pumps?
    No, the IEA Heat Pump Centre is an international Information Centre on heat pumps, air conditioning and refrigeration. We do not sell equipment and do not conduct technical research and development.

     

  2. I am interested in general information about heat pumps. Can you provide that?
    Yes, you can visit the About heat pumps section of this Internet site, which elaborates on the technology, applications and environmental benefits. The IEA Heat Pump Centre has also published some general brochures, which can be obtained free of charge. Please use the order form in the Publications section (choose
    Brochures and Fact Sheets).

     

  3. My heat pump installation is not functioning correctly. Can you help me?
    No, for this kind of problem you should contact your local dealer, or your regional or national heat pump association.

     

  4. I am searching for literature on a specific topic related to heat pumps. How do I know if you have something useful, and how can I order it?
    With the search facility available in the Publications section, you can search through all the literature published by the IEA Heat Pump Centre. Once you have found something of interest to you, you can order it via the order form.

     

  5. How do I keep abreast of the latest technological and market developments in the heat pump field?
    The Heat Pump Centre produces a Newsletter four times a year covering the field of heat pumps, air conditioning and refrigeration. 

    Each Newsletter contains:

    • Topical and non-topical articles

    • News on general developments, technology and applications, working fluids, markets and HPP activities

    • A books and software section

    • An events list

  6. Can I become a member of your organisation?
    The IEA Heat Pump Programme and the Centre are an intergovernmental organisation. Individuals can not be a member, but countries can.The contact addresses of the national teams included in our network can be found under the Organisation section. If your country is not a member, of the IEA Heat Pump Programme, please contact the Heat Pump Centre.
