CEN aims to promote voluntary technical harmonisation in Europe in conjunction
with worldwide bodies and its partners in Europe.

CENELEC is the European Committee for Electrotechnical Standardization,
and cooperates with IEC (International Electrotechnical Commission). Its
Internet site allows visitors to search for information on CENELEC’s ongoing
standardisation activities.

As a result of its projects Nordtest is able to offer competence and
expertise in the field of technical testing, a large Nordic network of
experts, 600 recommended Nordic testing methods and over 550 published
technical reports.
