The Dutch company manufacturer an absorption heat pump called AWP 250. AWP 25 is an
absorption heat pump that can be used simultaneously for both heating and cooling
applications. Heating output is 250 kW with a heating system supply temperature of 50°C
and a heat source temperature of 10°C. Cooling performance is 100 kW with the same
parameters. This heat pump has a new design concept based on an absorption process in
which ammonia and water are used as the working pair.
Together Stork Thermeq and Colibri have started a collaboration for the engineering and production of ammonia-water absorption cooling plants.
A standardized absorption refrigeration machine,the ARP700 is available too. This is a standardised plant, which delivers 700 kW at design conditions.However Stork Thermeq and Colibri specialises in tailor made absorption plants for various applications.
